The right fill starts with the application.
Fill provides the contact area between water and air within the tower. Its configuration needs to suit the installation and the water passing through it. A close-packed film fill and an open splash arrangement serve different application needs.
ENG-TECH supplies PVC and polypropylene fill options for packaged and industrial cooling towers, with support for replacement and installation. The existing support structure and removal route are part of the selection process.

Close-packed film media for suitable applications, with more open industrial configurations where the water conditions require them.
Low-fouling & splash options
Open-fluted, trickle and suspended splash-grid arrangements can be considered for water with higher solids or a tendency to foul.
Supply & installation
Modular packs or sheets for site assembly, with labour, plant and associated overhaul work included where agreed.
Consider the supports as well as the media.
Pack depth, cell dimensions, flow arrangement and support condition need to be checked before a replacement is specified. Crossflow and counterflow arrangements require appropriate media. Access for removal and assembly can influence whether modules or individual sheets are the practical choice.

No. Media configuration, dimensions, supports and the operating application need to be checked together.
Do you offer alternatives for fouling water?
